Espace Intergénérationnel
The Espace Intergénérationnel in Baie-Saint-Paul, inaugurated on October 8, 2010, is a meeting and physical activity area located near the sports complex of the Saint-Aubin Educational Center, along the bike path and the Bras River. This green and welcoming space invites visitors of all ages to stay active outdoors. Whether for seniors aged 50 and over or younger people, everyone can train at their own pace, whether during lunch breaks or outside regular hours.
The space includes five exercise stations, designed to be used individually or in groups. The equipment is intuitive, and each station has explanatory panels to guide users through their exercises, tailored to all fitness levels. Open from 7 am to 11 pm, the Espace Intergénérationnel offers an ideal opportunity to stay fit in a natural and serene setting, thus promoting well-being and interactions between generations.
