Founded by Margo and Julie, childhood friends, it quickly gained fame for its signature creation: the FAMOUS chocolate, raspberry, and blueberry tart. Initially, production was modest, but now hundreds of tarts are baked daily, each crafted with love by their dedicated team. Over the past 25 years, Al Dente has been crafting fresh pasta and homemade sauces, prioritizing passion and quality in both their food and service.
